A Large Multicenter Outcome Study of Female Genital Plastic Surgery
Dr. Otto Placik is one of the leading national practitioners and contributing surgeons with a declared interest in advancing the field of female genital plastic surgery. He is one of only two plastic surgeons who took part in the study on this field. Dr. Placik has contributed a significant volume of cases and can be considered one of the lead authors of this study. Dr. Placik is interested in documenting the beneficial aspects of female genital plastic surgery, and in providing research to support that it is more than just cosmetic surgery. He is currently an assistant professor of clinical surgery at Northwestern University Medical School.
